Welcome to our Studio Rental in the vibrant Roncesvalles neighbourhood! Our 1400 sq. ft. open space with a loft feel is conveniently located on the main floor with street access and one parking lot included. With a creative and inspiring atmosphere, the space is perfect for production rentals, workshop and classes, event hosting, and so much more. The space is your oyster!

Exposed brick envelopes the space, as we've beautifully combined a contemporary modern x art deco feel.
