Insurance Requirement:
-Event Insurance with General Liability Coverage of $1-5 million is mandatory.

Deposit and Cancellation:
-Cancellations result in a loss of your 50% deposit.
-Cancellations within 5 business days of the booking date will result in a loss of 100% of the total booking fees and require a new deposit to reschedule.
-All cancellations must be communicated in writing.

Event Support Staff:
-At least 1 Event Support staff is required onsite during rentals, billed hourly.
-The number of staff required is determined by the Event Coordinator based on guest count.

Security:
-Depending on the event, security guards may be required at your expense.
-Security guards are selected and trained by our team to ensure event security.
