Insurance Requirement:
-Event Insurance with General Liability Coverage of $1-5 million is mandatory.
Deposit and Cancellation:
-Cancellations result in a loss of your 50% deposit.
-Cancellations within 5 business days of the booking date will result in a loss of 100% of the total booking fees and require a new deposit to reschedule.
-All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Event Support Staff:
-At least 1 Event Support staff is required onsite during rentals, billed hourly.
-The number of staff required is determined by the Event Coordinator based on guest count.
Security:
-Depending on the event, security guards may be required at your expense.
-Security guards are selected and trained by our team to ensure event security.

We provide an array of high-quality equipment to support your production needs. Our offerings include an Inovativ Echo 36" Cart, a 100 Amp Power Distribution Box, and a 9' Cambo Studio Stand. Additionally, we offer 40" and 20" C-Stands with Double Grip & Arms, a full set of Apple Boxes, AC cables, sawhorses, sandbags, V-Flat foam core boards, folding tables, a clothing rack, and a garment steamer with an ironing set.
