Setup and Teardown
- We’re happy to offer complimentary setup and teardown time with your booking.
- Please ensure all equipment and decorations are removed by the end of your booking unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
- The venue is not responsible for any items left behind.
Capacity
- For everyone’s safety, please adhere to the venue’s capacity limits as outlined in your contract. Overcrowding is strictly prohibited.
Decorations
- Feel free to decorate, but only with removable, non-damaging items.
- Please refrain from using nails, screws, adhesives, sparkles, glitter, confetti, or open flames.
- Noise Levels
We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels within acceptable limits, especially when using the patio.
Music and amplified sound must conclude by 11:00 PM.
Smoking and Alcohol
- Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed with prior approval, necessary permits, and for guests of legal drinking age.
- Cleanliness
A cleaning fee will apply if the space has been trashed and misused.
Security
- Security personnel may be required for certain events, as determined during the booking process.
- The venue is not liable for lost or stolen items, so please ensure your belongings are secure.
Compliance
- All events must comply with local laws and regulations.
- It’s the client’s responsibility to obtain any necessary permits or licenses.
- Filming of violent, racist, discriminatory, harassing, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
- Damage
The client is responsible for any damage to the venue or its contents. Repair costs will be billed accordingly.
Emergencies
- In case of an emergency, please follow all posted safety procedures and exit signs.
- Contact venue staff immediately for assistance.
