Capacity: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity of the rented space: 300 people for the Grand Room and 100 people for the Club Dining Room.
Event Hours: All events must conclude by the agreed-upon end time. Additional fees may apply for events that exceed the scheduled time.
Alcohol Consumption: The Polish Combatants' Hall is a licensed facility. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through our bar service. No outside alcohol is permitted.
Smoking Policy: Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is strictly prohibited inside the building and within 9 meters of any entrance.
Decorations: Decorations are welcome but must be approved by SPK Branch 20 in advance. The use of nails, staples, tape, or any other materials that may damage the walls, ceilings, or floors is not allowed.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels considerate, especially after 11 pm, to comply with local noise ordinances.
Food and Beverage: All food and beverages must be stored and disposed of properly.
Parking: Free on-site underground parking is available for 20 vehicles. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Safety and Conduct: Guests must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by SPK Branch 20. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in the immediate termination of the event without a refund.
Damage and Cleanliness: The Renter is responsible for leaving the Hall in the same condition as found. Any damage to the Hall or its equipment must be reported immediately. A damage deposit is required and will be refunded within 7 business days provided no damage is found.
Liability: The Renter is liable for any accidents or injuries that occur to guests or staff during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by SPK Branch 20.
Lost and Found: SPK Branch 20 is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
