Host rules

1. Passenger Elevators: Only for people; no furniture or large items are allowed.
2. Freight Elevator: Located at the back of the building. Reservations are required; please inform the host to arrange access.
3. Security: The building is open from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. on weekdays (holidays excluded). After hours, entry requires a security key fob, available with a $100 refundable deposit. For after-hours events, notify our office to arrange security at the entrance.
4. Loading Area: The laneway and freight elevator area are strictly for loading and unloading—no parking. Display a note with your contact information in your vehicle window while loading/unloading.
5. Washrooms: Common area washrooms are cleaned on weeknights. For any issues during the day, contact the Management Office.
6. No Smoking: This building is smoke-free, in compliance with Toronto By-laws. No smoking inside or near the entrance.
7. For immediate assistance during business hours (8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.), contact the Management Office at (416-596-0556 X 228).

9. We are open to renting the space Monday - Thursday as well; we just need advanced notice and are happy to accommodate.
