General Rules
Booking Confirmation: A signed contract and deposit are required to secure the booking. Full payment must be completed 7 days before the event date.
Event Duration: Event times must adhere to the agreed schedule. Overtime charges apply for exceeding the booked time.
Capacity: Maximum capacity is strictly enforced for safety regulations. Exceeding the limit will result in event termination.
Set-Up and Tear-Down
Use of nails, screws, or adhesive materials that damage walls or surfaces is prohibited.
Decorations must be pre-approved by venue management.
Clean-Up: All items brought into the venue must be removed by the end of the booking. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees.
Catering and Alcohol
Catering: External catering is allowed but must be pre-approved. The caterer is responsible for cleaning their area.
Alcohol Service:
Alcohol can only be served by licensed bartenders. Proof of license is required.
Serving alcohol to minors or intoxicated individuals is prohibited.
Noise Restrictions: Noise levels must comply with local bylaws. Events must conclude by 11:00 PM unless otherwise approved.
Safety and Security
Security: Events with over 100 attendees or alcohol service may require hired security, at the client’s expense.
Fire and Safety: Open flames, pyrotechnics, or any hazardous materials are not allowed. Emergency exits must remain unobstructed at all times.
Prohibited Activities
Illegal activities, smoking indoors, and activities causing damage to the venue or its surroundings are strictly prohibited.
