Allowed events

Host rules

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we ask all event organizers and attendees to follow these rules.

General Rules
1. Event Approval – Events must be pre-approved and rental agreements signed before the event date.
2. Age Restrictions – Guests must be 19+. Valid ID required for events where alcohol is served.
3. Capacity Limits – The venue has a strict capacity limit per fire code regulations.
4. No Outside Alcohol – All alcohol must be purchased from our licensed bar.
5. Catering – Outside catering requires prior approval. Otherwise, food must be arranged through our kitchen.

Event Use
6. Setup & Tear Down – Setup and breakdown times must be scheduled in advance. Additional fees may apply for exceeding these times.
7. Decorations – Decorations must be approved. No confetti, glitter, or open flames.
8. Sound – Music volume must comply with city noise regulations. DJs and performances must use our in-house system.
9. Security – Security may be required for larger events. Amore will provide as needed.
10. No Illegal Activities – Any illegal activities will result in event termination without a refund.

Liability & Damages
11. Damage – Event organizers are responsible for any damages.
12. Cleaning Fee – Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive mess is left.
13. Insurance – Some events may require liability insurance.

Booking & Payments
14. Deposit & Payment – A deposit is required to secure the event. Full payment is due before the event.
15. Cancellation – Cancellations must be made within the agreed timeframe. Late cancellations may forfeit deposits.
16. Overtime – Overtime charges apply if the event exceeds agreed rental time.

By booking an event at Amore, you agree to follow these rules. Failure to comply may result in termination of the event.
