Located in the heart of Gastown in a heritage building with mountain view and waterfront views.
The space 2000sf open concept, the space is ideal for small to medium size productions. Street parking and paid parking across the street. Many restaurants and cafes in the area for catering options.

EQUIPMENT
All equipment stands need to have soft feet or protective pads or tennis balls to protect the floor from scratches and damage.
No pets on the furniture.
No smoking / vaping in the apartment or on the balcony.
Check to make sure shoes do not mark the white floor.
For security reasons ensure all building entrance gates and doors remain closed and nobody following you in.
COVID-19 // ON-SET RULES.
Everyone must wash / sanitize their hands before arriving on-set and returning to set.
Everyone who is on-set must wear a mask with the exception of agreed and designated individuals providing social-distancing is adhered to. Please bring your own mask to avoid excessive waste, however we will have some available if you forget yours.
Everyone must maintain a social-distance of 6 feet on-set.
All your equipment must be sanitized before arriving on-set
Stylist’s wardrobe must be steamed/sanitized.
By booking and entering this space you confirm and declare that:
* You are not experiencing any symptoms of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.
* You have not travelled internationally within the last 14 days.
* You have not travelled to a highly impacted area within Canada in the last 14 days.
* You do not believe I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
* You have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities.
* You are following all CDC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
