Rent our beautiful space for your private event. Adult birthdays, professional workshops, and book clubs are just a few private event ideas our space is well-suited for. We also offer birthday party packages for children's parties.
We are located in the heart of the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood on Main & 10th. Our facility was completely renovated in early 2022 and is light, airy, and versatile.
The rental fee includes access to our program & activity space, the gym, the sensory area, and our fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishware, and cutlery. There will also be one staff member on-site for assistance throughout the event.

- Occupancy is 60 people, including staff members.
- Alcohol service necessitates an extra permit and insurance, with associated costs amounting to $140.
- All decorations must be supplied by the party host (Scotch tape cannot be used to put up decorations).
- The host is allowed to arrive 30 mins early for set-up.
- An additional fee of $100 will be charged if the party is not wrapped up at the designated time.
- Parties of 30 or more guests will be charged an additional $50 cleaning fee.

About This World's Ours Centre
We are located in a Heritage Building in the heart of Vancouver on Main St. We are the first tenants in our space, and it has been used for storage for the last 100 years. We are also above an old Speak Easy that was running during prohibition. There are plenty of eclectic and local coffee shops, restaurants, and small businesses in the area, as well as bike lanes and local neighborhood parks.
Our space is 3,600 sq. ft. on the ground floor, with 5 stairs and a lift available. We have an accessible washroom as well. Our main space is large and open, and the furniture is mobile. We have 6 tables and chairs to seat 60. Rent our beautiful space for your private event.
