Host rules

All events must be booked in advance, and access is only allowed during the agreed rental period. Be sure to include setup and cleanup time within your rental period.

The venue accommodates up to 70 guests. Exits must remain clear at all times for safety. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue or on the rooftop.

You’re welcome to bring outside catering, or you may select from our trusted catering partners. Alcohol service must follow local liquor laws and may require a valid permit when applicable.

DJs and live music are allowed, but the volume must adhere to city noise regulations. Outdoor music on the Sky-View Terrace should be lowered after 10:00 PM.

To protect the venue, no nails, screws, or adhesives that could damage walls or surfaces are allowed. Candles must be enclosed in glass holders, and open flames are not permitted. Confetti, glitter, and sparklers are also not allowed.

Renters are responsible for cleaning up and returning the venue to its original condition. Any damages will be charged to the renter, and a security deposit may be required.

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. For certain events, event staff or security may be required.
