Our beautifully decorated event space, in Concord, spans approximately 1,500 square feet and comfortably accommodates up to 65 guests for a seated dinner or 80 guests for cocktail-style receptions.

The space includes a private kitchenette, bar area, and comfortable lounge seating, making it versatile for weddings, showers, birthdays, or corporate events. Guests will enjoy Wi-Fi, a sound system with speakers, and private washroom facilities. Some additional services can be offered, such as:
1. Officiant: From $350 (one-time fee starting at $350 for officiating the ceremony).
2. Day of Coordinator: From $50/hour (hourly rate starting at $50 for event-day coordination).
3. Photographer/Videographer: From $190/hour (hourly rate for capturing photo and video).
4. Catering: From $20 to $200 per person (price per guest depending on the menu or package).
5. Sweet Table/Cake: From $5 per item or $250+ (starting price for individual desserts or cake).
6. Tableware & Glassware Rental: From $1.50 per item (rental cost per piece, such as plates or glasses).
7. Welcome Sign: Free (included at no additional cost).
