Dylan was really cool and helpful. Made my gf's birthday party really memorable. He responded quick and was very professional. Asked for a security deposit and immediately gave it back after. Very trustworthy staff and amazing spot to host an event or photoshoot! Highly recommend :)

The 2000sq/ft main room production studio and event space with 100-year-old character, and beautiful old factory windows. Furnished with large modern leather couches and decot, and a beautiful tropical plant collection! We have several types and sizes of tables, many additional chairs, furniture & decor, professional photography lighting, video lighting, event space customizable mood lighting... We have it all and are the most popular rental space in Toronto for a reason! :)

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
