About Private Event Rental Space
Versatile Event space .
DJ parties / bands / rock shows / hip hop / music videos / weddings / photography / dance studio / yoga studio / art gallery / showings / meetings / spiritual / birthday parties / classes bachelor parties ect.
Our space is an open concept consisting of two separate rooms and a smoke pit. The main room is soundproofed and contains the stage, DJ / lighting / sound equipment, TVs, the bar, and 868 sf of the open space dance floor. The second chill room contains our coat check and 5 couches, a TV, and ambient color-changing lighting. There is also a covered outdoor Smoke pit. We have three bathrooms onsite (one flush and two porta-potties).

Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 2 months from the original date, at no cost.
