The room was fantastic and set out exactly how we wanted, the air con and ability to play our own music was icing on the cake! Service was spot on. We held a karaoke Christmas party in the First Class Lounge for 45 NHS staff. The Parcel Yard team were superb! Lee was very responsive to questions and requests beforehand. The AV equipment has all the mod cons you could possibly require and Nita and Luca were incredibly helpful with AV set up on the day; along with service from Jess. The food was absolutely delicious! The venue and its fantastic staff come with my highest recommendation. Thank you for a wonderful night.

Staff were great. The South West Trains disruption necessitated an earlier start than originally arranged, but Lee and his team ensured all went smoothly. Serving staff on the night were also truly first class, and the venue - The Boardroom - is highly recommended.
