I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this venue! From the moment I first contacted the venue, the party planner queen Immy, had been overwhelmingly helpful. She created me the most perfect and bespoke proposal based on my rough ideas of what I envision for my birthday and I am so thankful for that!
Abbie and the manager and the rest of the team—made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. The service was fast, friendly, and just brilliant overall. The food was exceptional, but the drinks really stole the show—they were phenomenal! Guests were constantly talking about how great the drinks were - especially because we are a group of people that love a good party so the drinks fulfilled our expectations and more!
The venue itself is stunning, particularly for anyone who loves the Battersea Power Station area. But the Inside, the interior design was absolutely perfect! The lighting creating the perfect atmosphere. We didn’t require to use any decor because it looked so great.
What really stood out, though, was how kind, helpful and simply amazing the staff were. The security was top-notch, ensuring a smooth and safe experience.
I was able to customize my birthday party to exactly what I wanted, which made the experience even more special. I can't thank everyone enough for making the event so memorable. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to host a special event, especially a birthday party!

I am so glad I chose Fidelio Café for my 40th Birthday party!
Ash really went above and beyond and made the whole process clear, stress free and straightforward. He was happy to answer questions, set up calls to go through planning, and offer valuable advice. This was particularly helpful for me as I had not organised an event like this before.
The party was a huge success, and definitely a night to remember!! Ash and the team were warm, fun, friendly and welcoming. The venue and service on the night was impeccable and my friends and family were VERY impressed!
The vibe was exactly as I'd hoped. Relaxed but fun, elegant with ease. I will definitely return to Fidelio Café and will highly recommend Ash and this venue to others. Fidelio is a safe, inclusive space. Thank you (again!) to Ash and the team.

Booked The Games Room at The Zetter Clerkenwell
It was a beautiful location and setting - discreet house in a private square. All guests felt privileged
Facilities, catering, attention could not be faulted - every need on our part was not a problem on theirs.
Service was discreet but absolutely on point - there when needed (even if not realised to be needed!)
Staff were lovely - friendly but also professionally efficient
All in all - a perfect evening. Personally so happy that my wife had best the 60th birthday party that she could have ever hoped for.
Many thanks to all at Zetters - not only for the evening, but the care and attention that went into the arranging of the preliminary visit, the arrangements for the event itself. Everyone could not have been more attentive.

Booked Entire Venue at The Crown
My friend and I hosted a joint birthday party at the Crown in August. We are so so pleased with the staff and venue! Laura was particularly helpful. The pub is gorgeous with a real relaxed vibe and we were able to bring whatever food and decorations we wanted as well as set up our own playlist.
The event was seamless and all staff were really friendly and lovely. We’d really recommend this to anyone looking to host an event. The minimum spend is extremely reasonable and service was wonderful.

Booked Parlour at Jewel Piccadilly
Was easy to set the party up through Tagvenue and we had good contact from Abi the venue manager. When the booking slipped through the net prior to the event it was quickly and efficiently sorted.
The venue is in a fabulous location, the venue was flexible about catering so we could add our own items which helped enormously. Sound system worked fine for our own playlist. The Parlour was the perfect size to accommodate food, dancing and chat.

Booked The Belle Bar & Roof Terrace at Carpenters Arms
We loved the upstairs room with the attached room terrace. It was so perfect for the smokers in the group to still be very much included in the party and to not 'lose' anyone! Ordered a variety of snacks on the evening with the bar man kindly set up 'buffet' style for those who wanted to eat at one end of the room. Plenty of space for everyone! Really good evening! Great drinks prices and the food was delicious! Had so many compliments on the space, it would be so divine to hold a summer party there! Sarah the events manager is wonderful to deal with as well so thank you!

Booked Whole Venue at The White Hart
The venue staff are incredibly helpful, accommodating and friendly; they helped me during the planning and execution of the event and were always on call to answer questions and offer support. West, the manager, is a fantastic guy as well as the rest of the bar staff who really made my event feel special.
They're flexible, and even let me in a day before to set up my decorations!
The catering was superb - Bob, the chef, has a real talent for food and makes everything on-site; on top of this, the presentation was superb and made the event feel really special.

Booked Garden at Freud Museum London
Was a fantastic location for mums 60th birthday party. A beautiful garden with a marquee. We organised our own catering, cake, drinks and hired bouncy castle. Francisco was very helpful throughout... messaged any questions and was quick to respond. On the day the venue was very helpful too. Mum was so happy and the guests loved the location and party. The weather didn't let us as down either as thankfully the sun was shining! Was also great to be able to look around the museum.
