The staff were attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly, which allowed me to fully enjoy the night with my guests. The staff were not just helpful, but incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Susan and Nick, who went above and beyond to make the night unforgettable - their support made everything so easy and stress-free! The space itself was perfect, and it accommodated my theme (‘Talk Thirty to Me’) beautifully. My friends couldn’t stop talking about how great everything looked. Thank you, The Macbeth, for helping make my 30th a night to remember! I’d recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a memorable event!

Really incredible experience - came here to celebrate my birthday with friends. The pre-event communication was great with quick replies and lots of useful information. On the day, the service & support was amazing, such friendly staff from the bartender to managers and they tailored to all of the guests varying needs so well (alcoholic/non-alcoholic/other options beyond the regular menu). Cannot recommend more and my entire party had such a lovely time - would definitely be keen to return again at the next possible opportunity!

Irina, Sam, Andrei and all of the staff were amazing at supporting with the event. I held 2 events as I had the venue from 12-11pm. And the changeover between clearing the area downstairs, the small touches like the personalised cocktail menu were lovely additions. The food and catering was delicious. The kitchen staff were incredibly helpful, checking in when the food was to be served as we ran slightly over on one occasion. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and canapés and I thought they were good value for money. The venue is stunning and my guests were incredibly impressed with it.

Everyone was so helpful from the beginning, I cannot recommend it enough. The sales team, Demi and Mia were always there for my questions throughout. The day of my birthday party me and my guests had a blast! I cannot thank enough Rachel, our fantastic bartender, everyone loved her ? The manager of the venue was sooo helpful too, helping me set up the speakers in various occasions. And so was the security team! Thank you to all of you again ?

The Den was the perfect venue to have my 21st birthday party. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the security who wished me and said that they would take care of the party guests. The bar staff were excellent: it was easy to pre order drinks and food and organise a token system (instead of an open bar tab.) Thank you to Juliette for the event management, Malika and her team at the Book Club for an amazing, seamless evening of music and fun.

Music was good, vibe was nice. The bar was quiet for a Saturday night tho. We were at the gallery upstairs which was great - however if there was some extra sounds/speakers up there and maybe less light it would have been better. Overall great venue and staff, had a great surprise party and it worth every penny.

The Birds was a fantastic place for our event. It had absolutely everything we wanted. Roxy was great for keeping in contact and following up our requests regarding the event. The reason why it is a 3-star review and not 5-stars yet is because the food, although abundant, was not as good as other similar establishments but we understand that it is a it is a new venue with a developing menu. We certainly recommend the Birds for an event and we will definitely consider having events there in the future.
