We hosted a joint birthday here and it was great it’s not too loud so you can properly talk to everyone. The prices were reasonable the pizzas are really good and they’re cheap and only £10 for an aperol where some places charge £15. The staff were really really friendly too

Lovely, comfortable venue and great staff! Planning and booking were very simple and the deposit was extremely reasonable. The pre-ordered platters were generous (people really liked the arancini!) and the pizzas were a hit. Will definitely be booking here again!

I had a great time at Big Chill King’s Cross. Venue manager, Adelaide, was very responsive and on top of everything. The venue was able to accommodate for my special requests and dietary requirements. Most of the staff I interacted was very proactive though on the night some of them could have been a bit more proactive in helping out when we ran out of cutlery etc (though I understand it was a busy Saturday night). Big thanks to Adelaide for being such a great venue manager!
