Most of the function rooms you will encounter in Bristol will operate on either hire fee or minimum spend models. Minimum spend venues will require you to spend a certain amount of money on food and beverages over the course of your party. . These venues will cost anywhere from £500-£3000 for your party. Hire fees charged on a per session basis will cost around £150, while per hour hire fees will cost around £30-£50.
