Excellent workspace for a targeted meeting. Facilities were great, staff were great, offering to bring us coffee/food whenever we needed it, and city centre location was great as a central point for people coming from different directions. Would definitely use this venue again.

Location was perfect. The room was very comfortable, bright and accessible. The ability to call Isabella whenever we needed something was really helpful, it meant we didn't need to go looking for anyone for assistance. The room had everything we needed for the training session. Thank you to Isabella and everyone involved on the day who made our experience very easy and enjoyable!

I held a training day for 10 people. The staff were helpful, the room was great, situated in a tucked away upstairs room, I loved it. It was private and yet felt part of the cafe vibe. The table and chairs were just right for us, room size just right. I liked the decor and I could open the windows when needed. Range of food and drink was good, fabulous pizza!

The room was perfect what what we needed it for, surprised to see it had all the equipment, from white board to big screen, we ordered from the menu on the day which was great, they just ran a tab for us so we could order coffee and yummy goodies afterwards, the service was great we were well looked after and will definitely be using it again, thank you to all the staff at the iCafe

Customer service was absolutely amazing! Regular, attentive but unobtrusive requests from staff to see if they could get us anything, just brilliant. Venue facilities perfect for our needs, A/V set up, air con, great sized room for 5 of us, could accommodate more. Food was lovely, served to us in the room. Value for money for city centre location incredible. Cannot recommend highly enough, especially compared with other venues where they haven't come close to this level of service. Thank you all iCafe staff for looking after us so well - friendly and welcoming.
