This was our second time using the space. I liked that we got keys to use the facilities without having to get staff to let us downstairs. The staff were friendly and helpful. I even forgot something in the meeting room after we left and they held it for me. This was a great place for our meeting.

It's a good meeting room place. The included food and drinks are good. One improvement would be the option to get a day pass key, as you have to tap in to go downstairs to the meeting room, so that access to the upstairs bathrooms, is slightly easier. It's a good place and I'll return this week.

Great place and a great experience, slightly spoiled by some small items going missing from the meeting room overnight.. no resolution or compensation was offered. One item was returned. I would probably suggest a compensation policy in cases where this happens in the future.
