It was so easy to book with them, even last minute -- Bea was great and very responsive and helpful getting us set up in the morning -- they had water, tea, coffee and biscuits for us, it made my life so easy when delivering an inservice training for a few hours!

Booked The Deco Lounge at Big Chill Kings Cross
I had a great time at Big Chill King’s Cross. Venue manager, Adelaide, was very responsive and on top of everything. The venue was able to accommodate for my special requests and dietary requirements. Most of the staff I interacted was very proactive though on the night some of them could have been a bit more proactive in helping out when we ran out of cutlery etc (though I understand it was a busy Saturday night). Big thanks to Adelaide for being such a great venue manager!

Started off a bit shakey but then the fantastic front of house lady took control and everything ran smoothly. We were well looked after and they were incredibly accommodating. Pizzas and chips were delicious and quick to come out (we had over 100 guests and the staff dealt with it brilliantly)
