We had the best time at Calloh Callay, we fit about 35 people in the room quite comfortably. The room was very quaint and nicely decorated. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

The venue is excellent although I'm not sure you would want 40 people in the space as may be a little cramped. Staff are friendly and there is a nice relaxed vibe to the place. The booking process was easy with good communication from staff.
