Client will be responsible for any such damage caused to Hotel during the event by the Client’s guests, employees, contractors, agents - any other persons under the Client’s control.
The Client will ensure that nothing is affixed to the floors, walls, ceilings (by nails, screws, tape, drawing pins or other means).
The Hotel reserves the right, without prejudice to terminate this contract if the Client fails to comply with its terms. The Hotel shall not be liable for any claim for personal injuries (including death) to any person employed by the Client at or in connection with the utilizing all areas of the Hotel. It shall be the sole responsibility of Client to effect what insurance or insurances they think fit in respect of the employment of any performer, entertainer or otherwise & such equipment as is required during their occupation whilst using the Hotel facilities.
The Hotel will not be liable for for any claim for personal injuries (incl death) to any persons employed by Client.
Full T&C's are available on contract stage.
