About this space

Sable Studios is a studio space for hire, ideal for photo shoots and events. We are located in the heart of Dun Laoghaire beside The People’s Park, The Baths & Forty Foot. Full use of our props, backdrops, and furniture is included in your hire. We have a small kitchen and fridge, bar/welcome area, and free parking on site for up to 4 cars.

The main studio is 80m2, the bar and the welcome area are 20m2, the kitchen and the small studio are 12m2, toilet and changing room are 5m2.

The hire includes:
- Exclusive use of the space.
- Hanging rails, hangers, and steamer included.
- Filtered natural light, late morning or afternoons are best.
- For events, we have a bar/lounge area, in-house DJs, and vinyl turntable equipment.
- High-speed 1Gb internet, with access to our iPad and curated Sable Studios Spotify playlists, to keep your shoot flowing with great tunes!

Our full spec package includes full-day studio hire, total access to all our props, backdrops, and furniture with a set designer for the day. This package is ideal for a fashion, interior, lifestyle product, or event that requires various setups.

About Sable Studios

Sable Studios is located on the first floor at 70 Georges St Upper, Dun Laoghaire, with rear access and parking via Impex Lane, off Park Rd. The main studio is 80m², with a 20m² bar/lounge area, a 12m² kitchen and small studio, and a 5m² toilet and changing room.

The space offers exclusive use, hanging rails, a steamer, and filtered natural light (best late morning or afternoon). For events, we have a bar, in-house DJs, and vinyl turntables. You’ll also get high-speed 1Gb internet, access to our iPad and curated Spotify playlists, and easy parking. Outdoor spots like The People’s Park, Dun Laoghaire Baths, and Sandycove Beach are just minutes away. We’re surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and shops for anything you might need. All furniture is movable to suit your needs, and toilets are on the mezzanine. Public Liability Certificate is required for events and larger shoots.
