Designed by the esteemed partnership of Lanyon, Lynn, and Lanyon (who also built Blarney House and Castle Leslie), this masterpiece of classical design features original cornices, and has been lovingly restored into a bright, creative space.

Nestled in the heart of Bray, moments from the harbour and seafront, Number Twelve offers a unique venue for your creative pursuits. Moments away from Bray DART station with nearby parking in the Carlisle Grounds, accessibility is unmatched, providing the perfect blank canvas as a film location, video/photo shoot, meeting, workshop or event.
