Reward Voucher Terms
These terms set out the conditions applicable to both Reward Vouchers and Cashback Rewards that Tagvenue Users may be entitled to receive.
Reward Vouchers
Within the scope of these terms, Reward Vouchers are classified into:
i) Booking Reward Voucher, which may be issued after completing an Event Email Survey about a Qualifying Event; or
ii) Product Survey Voucher, which may be issued after taking part in our Product Email Surveys or Product Tests that help us improve the quality and usability of our Platform.
Cashback Rewards
This cashback offer is particularly applicable to:
i) Booking Cashback Reward for specific event types; namely “christmas party,” “holiday party,” “christmas dinner,” or “Xmas party,” provided the user has received our targeted email campaign.
All incentives, both Reward Vouchers and Cashback Rewards, are offered by Tagvenue Limited, a private company limited by shares and lawfully registered in England and Wales under registration number 9491476, VAT number 213354345, and having registered address 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ (referred to as Tagvenue, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By completing any activities related to these offers, or by accepting any Reward Voucher or Cashback Reward, you will be deemed to have understood and agreed to abide by these terms.
- Key Terms and Interpretation

The following terms and definitions shall apply to this document:
“Booking” - means a booking of any Room made on any terms agreed between User and Venue following a Booking Enquiry.
“Platform” – comprises our Website (www.tagvenue.com), mobile application and our Services (provided online, through Website, mobile application, online chat, offline messages, submitted forms, emails, telephone or through any other means), through which Users may find, learn about, compare Venues and make Bookings directly with Venues that have created profiles and published their Rooms on our Platform or otherwise submitted their details to us.
“User (you)” - means a person or a legal entity who has submitted required details or completed registration with our Platform for the purposes of finding a Venue, sending Booking Enquiries, and making a Booking with a Venue.
Reward Voucher - means a voucher or other non-cash reward which may be issued from time to time by Tagvenue to a User provided all conditions in clause 2.6 or 2.7 are met.
Cashback Reward - Refers to a cashback incentive, calculated as 2% of the booking price, which may be issued by Tagvenue to an eligible User who meets all specified conditions related to bookings for events such as “christmas party,” “holiday party,” “christmas dinner,” or “Xmas party”.
“Cookie Policy” - means our Website cookie policy, as may be amended from time to time, and the current version of which is available at Tagvenue Cookie Policy
“Event Email Survey” - means a survey about a Qualifying Event sent to a User’s email address used for registration with our Platform. Such surveys are subject to Tagvenue Privacy Policy.
“Privacy Policy” - means our Website privacy policy, as may be amended from time to time, and the current version of which is available at Privacy Policy
“Product Email Survey” means a survey about functionality and ease of use of our Platform as well as any products offered by Tagvenue. Such surveys are subject to Tagvenue Privacy Policy.
“Product Test” is a practical experiment for evaluating functionality and ease of use of our Platform by engaging real Users. Such tests will be conducted and observed by a representative of Tagvenue IT Department while a User will be required to complete certain tasks. Such tests are subject to Tagvenue Privacy Policy.
“Qualifying Event” means an Event for which a Booking was made through Tagvenue Platform, and that Event has taken place and had not been cancelled and a Qualifying Minimum Spend was spent on that Event.
“Qualifying Minimum Spend” means a certain minimum net amount paid by a User to a Venue for the Venue hire and catering provided by the Venue. The Qualifying Minimum Spend does not include VAT, tips, service charge, services and products that are not reflected on the bill or invoice issued by the Venue for that Event, or services and products that Tagvenue do not get a commission from, such as decoration, entertainment, provision of AV equipment, photobooths, fireworks, transport, security, external catering and any external service or product providers or User’s expenses for the Event. Qualifying Minimum Spend shall mean in each country respectively:

GBP £500 in the United Kingdom;

EUR €500 in the Republic of Ireland;

SGD $500 in Singapore;

AUD $500 in Australia;

NZD $500 in New Zealand;

CAD $500 in Canada;

USD $500 in the United States.
“Terms and Conditions Applicable to Users” - means all the terms and all definitions contained therein, by which Users agreed to access and use our online Platform through our website www.tagvenue.com or through our Services provided online, by telephone, email or through any other means. Terms and Conditions Applicable to Users may be amended from time to time and the current version of these terms is available at Terms User
“User” (you) - means a person or a legal entity who has submitted required details or completed registration with our Platform for the purposes of finding a Venue, sending Booking Enquiries and making a Booking with a Venue.

Rules of interpretation
The same rules of interpretation apply to both Reward Voucher and Cashback Reward terms.

Where the context admits: words in any gender shall include any other gender, and, except where otherwise clearly indicated by context, the singular shall include the plural, and vice-versa.

A reference to a statute, regulation, enactment or statutory provision is a reference to it as it is in force at the date of these Reward Voucher Terms.

Any words following the words ‘including', ‘include', ‘in particular', ‘for example' or any similar expression shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words, description, definition, phrase or term preceding those words.

Unless expressly specified otherwise, a reference to writing or written shall include email.

- Reward Vouchers and Eligibility

Only individuals are entitled to receive Reward Vouchers. Regardless of whether a User makes a Booking in his or her private capacity or as an employee or contractor or in any other capacity on behalf of his or her employer, a company, incorporated or unincorporated entity, only a natural person who makes a Booking may be eligible to receive a Reward Voucher.

Only one Reward Voucher may be issued to one individual User only in respect of each Event Email Survey or a completed and submitted Product Email Survey or a Product Test.

Where a User acts in a capacity of an employee or contractor and makes Bookings in the course of his or her employment or contract for services on behalf of his or her employer or service receiver, a User must ensure:

that a User has a permission from his or her employer or service receiver to receive a Reward Voucher in a personal capacity, where a Booking was made in the course of User’s employment or provision of services on behalf of their employer or services receiver respectively;

that these Reward Voucher Terms and in particular clauses 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4 have been brought to the attention of User’s employer or service receiver;

that a User fully complies with his or her employer’s or service receiver's anti-bribery policy terms or other similar or equivalent policy or terms and/or with the provisions of the Bribery Act 2010 at all times.

If a User is unclear about the scope or any part of his or her obligations pursuant to this clauses 2.4 or 2.3 above, his or her employers’ or service receiver's anti-bribery policy terms or other similar or equivalent policy or terms and/or obligations pursuant to the Bribery Act 2010, a User should seek advice and clarification from his or her employer or service receiver.

Only individuals who are over 18 years old may be entitled to receive Reward Vouchers.

A User may be eligible to receive a Booking Reward Voucher for sharing his experience about a Qualifying Event when all the following conditions are met:

Qualifying Event and Qualifying Minimum Spend conditions are met;

A User successfully completes and submits an Event Email Survey about the Qualifying Event no later than 3 months from the date of the Event;
-
Tagvenue successfully receive answers submitted by the User; and
-
Commission that is due to Tagvenue for that Qualifying Event is paid in full by the Venue

A User may be eligible to receive a Product Survey Voucher if:

A User was selected to take part in a Product Test or Product Email Survey or received an email invitation; and either
-
The Product Test was fully completed in good faith from the beginning till the end and if any interruptions took place due to technical or other causes whether on the side of a User or Tagvenue, the Test was resumed at the earliest opportunity to allow both the observer and the User go through all planned tasks in full; or
-
Product Email Survey was fully completed in good faith and submitted to and received by Tagvenue.

A right to receiving any Reward Vouchers is not automatic. Users understand and agree that:

Reward Vouchers are a discretionary offer, are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice at our sole discretion;

Tagvenue reserve the right to review User’s eligibility for a Reward voucher on a case by case basis; Tagenue reserves the right to review each invoice or bill payable by the User to the Venue for the Qualifying Event on the subject of the Qualifying Minimum Amount Spend and for the purposes of calculating the Booking Reward Voucher amount, to deduct the amount from the total amount on the invoice or bill that is not subject to commission payable to Tagvenue pursuant to clause 1.1 of these Terms as well as Terms and Conditions Applicable to Venues;

Tagvenue reserve a right at its absolute discretion to refuse to issue a Reward Voucher if it considers appropriate to do so or, for example, if the Booking is cancelled or if there are reasons to suspect misuse or violation of these Terms or Terms Applicable to Users, or if a User is not acting in good faith or for any other reason in accordance with law or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

- Cashback and Eligibility

Only individuals who have received the specified email campaign from Tagvenue are entitled to the cashback rewards.

The cashback reward applies to bookings made for “christmas party,” “holiday party,” “christmas dinner,” or “Xmas party.”

The cashback amount is 2% of the booking price, excluding VAT and other additional charges.
-
Cashback rewards will be processed only for bookings that have taken place.
-
The cashback will be processed by the end of January 2024.

- Reward Voucher Value

The value of a Booking Reward Voucher a User may be eligible to receive is the following amount in each country respectively for each Qualifying Minimum Spend:

GBP £10 in the United Kingdom;

EUR €10 in the Republic of Ireland;
-
SGD $10 in Singapore;
-
AUD $10 in Australia;
-
NZD $10 in New Zealand;
-
CAD $10 in Canada;
-
USD $10 in the United States.

To calculate a total value of a reward voucher, Tagvenue will evaluate how many full Qualifying Minimum Spend lots were made by the User on a Qualifying Event and will round down to the nearest whole Qualifying Minimum Spend amount. For example, if a User has spent GBP £1,300 excluding VAT on Venue hire on a particular Qualifying Event, and if the conditions in clause 1.1 paragraph 9 are met, then a total value of a Reward Voucher the User may be eligible to receive will be GBP £20, which is GBP £10 for each GBP £500 of Qualifying Minimum Spend.

A value of a Product Survey Voucher a User may be eligible to receive for Product Survey Emails or Product Tests will be specified on a case by case basis.

A User receives a Reward voucher in a form of an e-gift card or a physical gift card sent by post that can be redeemed at participating retailers only. The choice between an e-gift card or a physical card may not always be possible as it is subject to availability and terms of each participating retailer, which Tagvenue have no control of.

Tagvenue reserve a right to select and change participating retailers, which may be only one in each country and are subject to change. In each case a User will be notified about participating retailers in an email when she is qualified and eligible to receive a Reward Voucher. 3.4 A Reward Voucher has no cash value, cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other benefit and exchange or sale of a Reward Voucher for profit is prohibited.

Any and all Reward Vouchers granted in accordance with these Reward Voucher Terms are subject to third party terms and conditions separate from and additional to those set out in these Reward Voucher Terms, such as Reward Voucher’s validity period, purchase of eligible products towards which a Reward Voucher can be redeemed, postage charges and other terms. Tagvenue make no representation or warranty,disclaims all liability in respect of any such third party terms and conditions and encourages Users to familiarise themselves with the terms of participating retailers.

- Misuse and Termination
The misuse and termination conditions apply to both Reward Voucher and Cashback Reward schemes.

Tagvenue Users may be deemed to have misused a Reward Voucher or Cashback Reward if they are found to be in breach of these Reward Voucher or Cashback Reward Terms, Terms and Conditions Applicable to Users, Privacy Policy or Cookie Policy or if a User is not acting in good faith, makes unreasonable demands or provides false information.

Where a User has misused or attempted to misuse Reward Voucher or Cashback Reward Terms, Tagvenue reserve a right to refuse to issue a Reward Voucher or Cashback Reward or block, withdraw or suspend it. The provisions in this clause do not affect in any way any other Tagvenue rights, including the right to terminate, to issue proceedings or to claim damages.

Tagvenue reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate these Reward Voucher or Cashback Reward Terms and discontinue issuing Reward Voucher or Cashback Reward at any time.

In the event of termination by Tagvenue for breach or misuse of these Reward Voucher or Cashback Reward Terms, Terms and Conditions Applicable to Users, Privacy Policy or Cookie Policy, the User shall have no entitlement to a Reward Voucher or Cashback Reward after the date of termination, regardless of whether conditions in clauses 2.7 or 2.8 above were met before the event that gave rise to the termination.

- Governing law and jurisdiction
These combined terms (both Reward Voucher and Cashback Reward) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes relating to a contract under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

These Reward Voucher or Cashback Reward Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.

Any disputes relating to a contract under these Reward Voucher or Cashback Reward Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

- Miscellaneous

Tagvenue may revise these Reward Voucher or Cashback Reward Terms from time to time and a current most recently updated version of these Terms will be published on our Website.

Tagvenue disclaim all liability in respect of any User in relation to these Reward Voucher or Cashback Reward Terms to the fullest extent permitted by law.

When processing personal data relating to Users from time to time for the purposes of issuing Reward Vouchers or Cashback Rewards, Tagvenue will comply with the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 at all times.

These Reward Voucher or Cashback Reward Terms, together with Terms and Conditions Applicable to Users, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Tagvenue and you in relation to your use of our Platform, our Services and Reward Vouchers and shall supersede all previous agreements between you and us, as well as any written or oral warranties, representations, assurances in relation to your use of our Platform, our Services and/or Reward Vouchers.
