When you book your wedding at Sparth House, the entire Georgian manor house and its surrounding grounds will be exclusively yours for the day.
The beautiful Woodlands Suite can seat up to 100 guests for your wedding ceremony. With white walls and wooden floors, it serves as the perfect blank canvas. The white carpeted aisle leads to the front of the room, where you can say your “I do’s” against the backdrop of an ornate gold mirror.
To celebrate the beginning of your new chapter, invite up to 100 guests for a wedding breakfast in the stunning Alexandra Suite. The adjacent conservatory boasts a private bar and leads onto a patio decorated with festoon lights, lush green lawns and beautiful back gardens. The gorgeous grounds hide many fantastic spots for your wedding photographs.
Come evening, Sparth House offers space for up to 200 people for a reception, with a large dance floor area and room enough for live musicians or an in-house DJ. The varied buffet options will keep your guests energised and the atmosphere will have you partying into the early hours.

About Sparth House
Originally a manor house with a history reaching back to 1740, Sparth House is an award-winning, exclusive use wedding venue set in 3 acres of stunning grounds. Lovingly renovated, this Georgian gem retains much of its original character.
The family-run hotel and events venue creates a relaxed and intimate atmosphere for its guests. Apart from spectacular indoor and outdoor spaces to host your wedding ceremony and reception, Sparth House offers 16 bedrooms and a luxury restaurant.

Sparth House is located in Clayton-le-Moors, an industrial town in the heart of Lancashire, just 2 miles from Accrington. Situated on the A680 road near the M65 motorway, the venue is easy to get to. Manchester city centre can be reached in about 50 minutes. There are regular bus services to Accrington, Great Harwood and Blackburn Town Centre. Several train stations are located nearby (Rishton, Church & Oswaldtwistle, Accrington and Huncoat).
