About this space
If you hire Odo’s Barn for your wedding, you will have plenty of time to prepare. Set everything up from 11:30 to 16:30 on the day before so you can relax and enjoy yourselves during your celebration. On the day after, you will have access to the venue from 11:30 to 13:30 to collect your decorations.
Little is needed to transform the barn into a magical setting – just some flowers and fairy lights might do the trick. Exchange your vows under the oak-beamed roof and golden chandeliers before sitting down for a wedding breakfast with up to 100 guests.
Prices
You are very welcome to have access to the barn on the day before your wedding from 10.00 am until 4.00 pm to decorate.
Collection of your decorations is between 11.30 am and 1.30 pm. the day after your wedding.
Ceremony Fee Costs:
This fee is separate to the fee that the KCC charge and is for the ceremony set up, administration
arrangements and Odo’s Barn’s ceremony licence.

About Odo's Barn
Celebrate the rustic wedding of your dreams in a restored tithe barn dating from the 15th century. Odo’s Barn is a family-run venue available for weddings, parties and other events. Customer reviews praise the staff, who are equally reassuring and honest – you will know what to expect well in advance with no surprise fees.
The venue is licensed for civil ceremonies and partnerships inside the barn. The team works with preferred caterers who create bespoke menus to suit any budget. Guests can enjoy drinks from the fully stocked on-site bar or bring their own alcohol (corkage fees apply).
Odo’s Barn lies on Court Lodge Farm in the village of Bilsington near Ashford, nestled in the stunning county of Kent known as the Garden of England. Nature lovers visit the nearby Kent Downs AONB and locals also enjoy Ashford’s Victoria Park and Memorial Gardens. The Romney Marsh Visitor Centre can be reached in 15 minutes from the venue.
