The 2nd floor of the Dubai Duty-Free Grandstand offers 780m2 of pillar-free conference, dining or exhibition space for up to 550 delegates. With plenty of options for dining in the space.

It has full grey-out blinds, 3 phase power and allows access to balconies to enjoy the superb views over the racecourse and Berkshire countryside.

The space offers 2 card only bars and a kitchen on the same floor, offering an exceptional experience to a maximum of 500 guests for a drinks reception or dinner. Additionally, when you hire the 2nd floor you will have access to the space for a full 24hrs, allowing maximal time for setting up events, free Wi-Fi and complimentary parking.

Ideal for party sizes between 200 - 400 guests, you will have plenty of space to include a dancefloor and DJ so you can jingle the night away. We also supply Christmas crackers and a Christmas tree, so you are sure to give your guests that festive feeling as soon as they step through the door.

Newbury Racecourse is one of the UK’s leading horseracing venues offering stylish and flexible conference and events facilities.

We have recently opened our newest purpose-built venue, The Owners Club. This self-contained venue can host up to 240 guests in a light and contemporary space. A reception area for guests to mingle leads to the captious main room with bifold doors that open out onto the immaculate landscaped lawns.

Newbury Racecourse has its own modern 36 room onsite hotel and is conveniently located for Reading, Bracknell, Oxford and Swindon. With our own mainline train station and quick access to the M4/M3 with plenty of car parking; Newbury Racecourse is the perfect host for your next event.
