Welcome to our photography studio at Price Street Business Centre, where creativity flourishes in a spacious and versatile environment. Spanning 2080 sq ft (193m²), our studio offers an expansive area designed to cater to various photographic projects.
The studio's main space is approximately 195m² (16x12m), providing a generous backdrop for any shoot. Within this area, you’ll find a 150m² section available for hire, which excludes office and storage spaces. The infinity cove, with its dimensions of 5x4.8m and a height of 3.2m, is perfect for creating seamless backgrounds.
For dynamic setups, the flexible set measures 4.8x3.6m and can be easily transformed into a bedroom, living room, or any other desired setting. Our paper roll system, with a width of 2.7m, offers a variety of backdrop options, while the kitchen area, sized at 4.8x3.2m, comes equipped with an oven, hob, and sink, making it ideal for any on-site catering needs.
Additionally, our shooting tables with acrylic tops are perfect for detailed product packshots. Whether you’re working on a commercial project, a creative endeavor, or a product shoot, our studio provides the space and flexibility to bring your vision to life.

Host rules
- The studio may only be used for the purpose specified in the booking form.
- Clients are responsible for leaving the studio in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the booking.
- Any special requirements or modifications to the studio setup must be approved in advance.
- The studio retains the authority to cease any activity that is deemed inconsistent with the intended use of the premises.
- The client is prohibited from subcontracting, subletting, or permitting any third party to use or occupy the studio.
- The client is responsible for securing insurance coverage for their own equipment and personal belongings while on the studio premises.
- The client is required to maintain active public liability insurance, extending coverage to all individuals present in the studio during operating hours, safeguarding against potential accidents, injuries, or fatalities.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the studio premises.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that individuals under the age of 18 have obtained parental or guardian consent to be present at the studio during the period of photography or filming associated with the studio hire.
- The client is required to clear all personal belongings by the conclusion of the hire period; failure to do so will result in additional charges for disposal. For a specified duration, we offer storage services for the client's belongings, subject to a predetermined fee.
- The client is strictly prohibited from tampering with security cameras or fire alarms. The use of a smoke machine requires prior approval.
- Any modifications, decorations, or additions to the studio are strictly prohibited without obtaining written consent from the studio.
- The client is strictly prohibited from removing studio equipment from the premises, modifying, altering, or tampering with any equipment without prior written consent from TK Digital Studio.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
