Our Restaurant holds up to 50 guests for dining and features an open-plan kitchen and views of the canals.
Enjoy dishes from our rotisserie and robata grill or our wood-fired authentic pizza oven, each dish has been carefully chosen for all occasions. The space is ideal for celebratory sit down meals and can be booked exclusively. Guests can choose from our main menu, set menus or our buffet menus.

I recently held a gathering in the private room of the Distillery. Well located with a lovely view of the canal inside a lovely building with a great atmosphere. Staff were very polite and attentive, food was also great. A really good place to hold a private function.

About The Distillery
Birmingham’s newest Gin Distillery is a stone’s throw away from Brindley Place and Utilita arena, perfectly situated on the canal.
The Distillery, split over two floors, can entertain day to night with a gin bar and private event space on the first floor leading down to the pub and open kitchen dining area on the lower floor.
The expansive terrace is the ideal space for a warm summer day. Disabled Access from the canal side.
