About this space
The Affinity Suite is the venues largest event space at 880m² and is perfect for an array of events, ranging from weddings to conferences and exhibitions.
The room is located on the ground floor opposite the main entrance and has over 800m² of foyer and hospitality space surrounding it which is perfect for registration, cocktail receptions, buffet dining and exhibitions.
The space can be separated into two rooms by soundproofed Skyfold walls which appear from the ceiling allowing two events to take place simultaneously or one event to operate separate itineraries such as conference and exhibition.
This large open space, and the blank canvas backdrop, mean that the Affinity Suite is also perfect for large celebration events.
Event planners have the freedom to create the perfect theme, supported by the venue events team.

With 23 versatile meeting spaces, including the magnificent Affinity Suite accommodating up to 1200 delegates, we cater to a variety of events, from residential training courses to large conferences and annual gatherings.
Our venue boasts flexible spaces with cutting-edge design, ensuring an impressive and adaptable environment for any event. Two of our rooms, the Belmont and Ashstead, can be divided into three or four sections, offering the ultimate in flexibility to suit your specific needs.
Accessibility is a top priority at The Eastside Rooms. We are proud to feature a Changing Places toilet and step-free access throughout the venue, ensuring a welcoming experience for all guests.
Adjacent to The Eastside Rooms is the stylish Aloft Hotel, offering 195 guest rooms, including 10 fully accessible rooms.
