• Use of the room for any purpose other than in connection with the Clients business and use of any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• Use of the room in a way that disturbs, hinders, or causes annoyance to any other client or occupier of the building is strictly prohibited.

The client shall:
• Vacate the room no later than the expiry time of the booking
• Be responsible for the cost of any repairs or replacement of property arising from any carelessness, neglect, or default caused by the client or any of their guests or visitors.

Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period

Cannot recommend this venue enough, from the moment of my initial enquiry, Michelle was really helpful and responded really quickly. Everything went really smoothly on the day and the staff on the day were also really lovely. I think this is definitely a value for money venue and will be using again - thanks!

The venue itself was very unique but was great for what we needed! It does look like a classroom, but for 34 guests to listen to presentations it was perfect. The staff couldn't of been more helpful, especially Michelle, they assisted on the day with setting up, lunch and were around to answer any questions! Really recommend this venue and we will definitely be using them again soon!

It was a really great hassle free experience. From start to finish the booking was simple and straightforward. When I arrived the room was ready, set up to our requirements and had everything we needed. The canteen was a perfect area for our break time and had refreshments and light snacks. I'm quite impressed and will definitely return.

First Intuition Birmingham is conveniently located in Edmund House in the Colmore Business District in Birmingham City Centre.

Facilities: Modern air-conditioned rooms, all with natural daylight, with a range of amenities available, a relaxing break-out area with seating for up to 24, a Dedicated Operations Team to assist you, Onsite Café (Coffee #1).

Local transport links: The centre is less than 10 minutes’ walk from both New Street and Snow Hill Station and local bus and tram stops making it a convenient location for all.

Local shops/facilities: There’s a great choice of coffee shops and restaurants in the Colmore Business District all within a couple of minutes from the centre.

Accessibility: Lift and accessible toilet.
