Set up and pack down time must be within your hire time.
A bell will ring when you have 10 minutes left and when the hire is finished.
Please leave the studio in the condition you found it in.
If you would like extra studio time please let us know at least 15mins before your hire is finished.
Extra studio time has to be paid for in advance.
If you go more than 5 minutes over your hire time you will be billed for an additional hour.
No Smoking is allowed in the building.

Price point, location, helpful nature of the man at the venue, size of the space, unlimited tea, coffee, refreshments, quality of WiFi, ability to rearrange the space how we liked. Would use again!
Being in the top floor it can be quite hot, windows could open but maybe looking at air con investment. Some of the furnishings could do with a bit of a clean.

I loved the host! He was very attentive and supportive. Helped me let guests in while I focused on setting up and ensuring my other guests attended, too. This was my second time using this place; it was much cleaner this time, and even before I came, the room had already been set up. I was very happy with the setup; there were fragrance things set up around the room and the decor was much nicer this time around.
