- Payment for meeting room bookings is due in full at the time of booking.
- All payments for meeting room bookings are non-refundable.
- Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled but may be rescheduled for an alternative date.
- Access to the meeting room will be granted at the agreed-upon time specified in the booking confirmation.
- The booking party is responsible for the security of the meeting room during their booking period and must ensure that all attendees adhere to any security protocols in place.
- Additional charges may apply for changes to the booking.
