We had an excellent experience using the venue for our meeting. The facilities were outstanding—well-maintained, professional, and perfectly suited for high-level discussions. Every member of our team was highly impressed with the setup, accessibility, and overall atmosphere, which contributed greatly to the success of our event. The venue exceeded our expectations in every aspect, and we would highly recommend it for professional gatherings.

While our overall experience was excellent, the only challenge we faced was the difficulty in reaching the responsible team for venue bookings. The delayed responses caused some logistical challenges in finalising participant invitations and event arrangements, particularly given our limited timeframe. Improving communication efficiency and response time for bookings would significantly enhance the user experience and allow organisers to plan more effectively. Nothing to do with Steven in this regards as he explained earlier but this is just an overall experience we wanted to share with you.
