About this space
The Main Hall is lovely, big, bright and airy space.
Size: 14.5m x 8.4m
Main Hall – £140 plus VAT for a day, £70 plus VAT for a half day.
The space is used for meetings and rehearsals is unfortunately NOT available to hire for parties!

Note: The company’s office and a rehearsal space (Classroom 2) are accessed from the Main Hall so for groups using that space there will be people entering occasionally. This will be done as discreetly and sensitively as possible.

Any damage to the building or equipment on site by the hirer will be charged.
You may bring your own food to Our Facility. We have a fridge and hot water that you can use onsite.
Our Facility should be a place for all to enjoy and feel comfortable and safe. Any abusive or aggressive behaviour reported may mean visitors may be asked to leave. The terms of our lease mean there is no smoking, vaping or alcohol allowed on site and to maintain good relationships with our neighbours please dispose of any cigarette butts in a bin.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
About Our Facility
Our Facility is a lovely Edwardian School on the Selly Oak/Stirchley Border & is Stan’s Cafe Theatre’s new home. As well as using the building as our base, we are delighted to be able to offer it as rehearsal and meeting space for hire to local artists and companies. The space is not available to hire for parties.

The building is close to good public transport links and has easy street parking.
At the moment the space has some access challenges, due to its age. We are working through a list of fixes for these. In the meantime please ask if you have any questions about access.
We have a large hall and two classroom available to book. Our opening times are generally 9.30 – 5.30 Monday to Friday.
If you would like to hire outside of the normal opening times let us know and we’ll see if it’s possible.
