Any damage to the building or equipment on site by the hirer will be charged.

You may bring your own food to Our Facility. We have a fridge and hot water that you can use onsite.

Our Facility should be a place for all to enjoy and feel comfortable and safe. Any abusive or aggressive behaviour reported may mean visitors may be asked to leave. The terms of our lease mean there is no smoking, vaping or alcohol allowed on site and to maintain good relationships with our neighbours please dispose of any cigarette butts in a bin.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

About Our Facility

Our Facility is a lovely Edwardian School on the Selly Oak/Stirchley Border & is Stan’s Cafe Theatre’s new home. As well as using the building as our base, we are delighted to be able to offer it as rehearsal and meeting space for hire to local artists and companies.

If you are interested in booking a space please drop us a line @admin@stanscafe.co.uk.

The building is close to good public transport links and has easy street parking.

At the moment the space has some access challenges, due to its age. We are working through a list of fixes for these. In the meantime please ask if you have any questions about access.

We have a large hall and two classroom available to book. Our opening times are generally 9.30 – 5.30 Monday to Friday.
If you would like to hire outside of the normal opening times let us know and we’ll see if it’s possible.
