Rowheath Pavilion's Conference Room is the perfect space for a small get together, conference or board meeting. With standing room for 40 people, this versatile room can act as a meeting space or a celebratory function space for those smaller parties. The Conference Room can be laid out however you like, with the option of a classroom, board room, u-shape and more.

The Conference Room has a whiteboard, flipchart, projector & screen available for use and there is the option to purchase a self serve tea and coffee station for up to 40 people. Handmade cakes from our in-house bakers such as brownie, flapjack, lemon drizzle and carrot cake are available for purchase.

About Rowheath Pavilion

Rowheath Pavilion offers a charming 1920s Grade II listed ballroom and a lovely balcony with beautiful gardens, bringing a touch of the English countryside to central Bournville.

Located in Bournville, a historic village created by George Cadbury, our venue is perfect for weddings and other events. The Terrace Room, with its original parquet flooring and windows, shines especially bright for wedding ceremonies and receptions.

We’re excited to introduce our new Full Pavilion Package for 2025, which includes room decoration by a top decorator, welcome drinks, and canapés on our patio area.
