Sovereign Studios is a warm and welcoming space, perfect for your next event. At a flat fee of £190, you get up to 10 hours of exclusive use—whether it’s for a few hours or the whole day. With no closing time pressure, you have the freedom to dress the room, host your event, and pack up on your schedule.
Accommodating up to 102 standing or 55 seated guests, the studio includes full-length mirrors, a premium sound system, a projector, Wi-Fi, and tables and chairs. It’s a homely, versatile space where you can bring your ideas to life and create memories in a relaxed, private setting.

Event Hire:
Applies to larger gatherings with higher footfall (i.e., 25+ people) or events requiring additional setup and amenities
Includes self-catering, entertainment, or activities with high risk of breakage or damages
Key Terms:
Entry and Exit: Enter only after the previous client has secured the padlock. Use your personal access code.
Cleanliness: Leave the space clean and tidy. Remove all rubbish.

Electricity Usage: Leaving lights on may incur a £5 - £10 fee.
CCTV Monitoring: The venue is monitored by CCTV to verify space usage and ensure compliance with booking terms.
Accurate Booking Information: Providing false or misleading information about the nature of your hire may result in immediate termination of your booking and potential legal action.
Prohibited Activities: Certain activities, including but not limited to nudist events, swinging parties, and unlicensed sale of alcohol, are strictly prohibited.
Right to Refuse: Sovereign Studios reserves the right to refuse or terminate any booking that violates our terms or is deemed inappropriate for our venue.

Host rules
Respect the Space: Treat the studio and its equipment with care. Any damage will be charged to the booking party.
Cleaning Up: Please leave the space in the condition you found it. All rubbish must be removed, and equipment should be returned to its original position.
Time Management: Ensure you start and finish your event on time. Late departures will incur additional charges.
Noise Levels: Be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours, to ensure we respect our neighbours and other guests.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the studio. A designated smoking area is available outside.
Event Type: All parties and events must be declared at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or cancellation.
Emergency Procedures: Familiarise yourself with emergency exits and procedures. In case of an emergency, follow the outlined safety protocols.
Insurance Compliance: All events will be classified under insurance as high-footfall, so please ensure adequate insurance coverage for your activities.
No Alterations: Do not make any physical alterations to the space or install fixtures without prior approval.
Alcohol and Drugs: The consumption of alcohol and illegal substances is prohibited unless prior consent is granted for specific events.

The studio has full-length mirrors and a mindfulness zone, making it a great place for your next project or event. Located in a lively area, it’s the perfect setting for whatever you plan to do.
