A 7.7 square metre office facing gorgeous leafy parkland here in the heart of Bournville. This office is perfect for 2 or 3 people to create a healthy working environment, with access to pinboards, a whiteboard, under-desk storage, a bookcase, a bin and a clock.

Here at Rowheath Pavilion, we offer free on-site parking, additional meeting and conference rooms to hire, high speed internet, a registered business address and a 10% tenant discount in our onsite café and bar. Access to laser printer for copies and printing.

Hire fee is inclusive of VAT, including Wi-Fi, heating and electricity.

About Rowheath Pavilion

Rowheath Pavilion offers a charming 1920s Grade II listed ballroom and a lovely balcony with beautiful gardens, bringing a touch of the English countryside to central Bournville.

Located in Bournville, a historic village created by George Cadbury, our venue is perfect for weddings and other events. The Terrace Room, with its original parquet flooring and windows, shines especially bright for wedding ceremonies and receptions.

We’re excited to introduce our new Full Pavilion Package for 2025, which includes room decoration by a top decorator, welcome drinks, and canapés on our patio area.
