Venue Use Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow our standard venue rules during your hire period:

Respect the Space: Please treat the venue and its facilities with care. Any damage to property or equipment may incur additional charges.

Capacity Limit: The maximum capacity of 120 people must not be exceeded for safety and licensing reasons.

Noise Control: While we encourage celebration, please keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during late hours, in consideration of nearby properties.

End-of-Hire Cleanliness: Basic tidying is expected before departure. All rubbish should be placed in the provided bins. Deep cleaning is handled by our team.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Decorations: You're welcome to decorate the space, but please avoid using any materials that could damage walls or surfaces (e.g., strong adhesives, nails, confetti).

Children & Supervision: Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

Security & Staff (if required): For larger events or evening functions, we may recommend security or staff presence for safety and support.

Set-up and Pack-down: Please allow time within your booking for set-up and pack-down. Additional time outside the agreed slot may be charged.
