About this space
Studio 1 is our smaller rooms of the two. It is child friendly and cosy. It has mirrors all around and is very sensory with neon lighting. Studio 1 is equipped for children mainly but is a lovely bright fun room for a small group. Activities included in this room is baby massage, sensory play, Dance, Yoga, Burlesque and Pole fitness.

About Wild Workouts
Welcome to Wild Workouts. We offer many fitness classes in a unique combination of sport, dance and acrobatics on a vertical pole, hoop, silks, ropes and trapeze. These sports require great physical and mental exertion, strength and endurance, which are required to lift, hold and spin the body. With us you will learn every move and technique, giving you confidence and building up your fitness and strength. What’s more, we also offer a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere with every class.
Wild Workouts is also an amazing venue for the most epic parties too!

Our studio is 5 minutes walk away from Bolton town centre. There is free parking nearby and we’re just a short walk from a railway station so we’re easily accessible. Our classes are unhurried with plenty of chances to chat and make friends at the end.
