Sobo Sommelier honors the rich tradition of wine with an eclectic array, mainly from sommelier Mauro's family estate winery, Guasti Clemente in Asti, Italy. Our venue provides an active food experience with a daily menu of tapas-style dishes prepared with fresh, locally procured ingredients, ideally matched with wines by our award-winning sommelier.
