About this space

This room is the perfect private space for 20-70 guests to meet and dine in. It has the best view in the building with unblocked views of the golf course via three large windows that provide plenty of natural light. Every package includes use of our 86 inch Television.

The view has access to a side lawn and a smaller balcony area accessible via emergency exits. The room fits any type of seating for conferences, large oval tables or rectangles. Seating in boardroom style, horseshoe, theatre style or just individual tables- please speak to the team upon booking to discuss your preferred layout.

This room can also be made bigger with a sliding wall separating 'The View' and 'High Gardens' making it the 'High View Suite'
There is a fully stocked bar in this room for use on the day if you would like it.

Morning/afternoon delegate rate package £20 per delegate, includes:
Meeting room use for up to 5 hours.

Daily (5-9 hours) delegate rate package £25 per delegate, includes:

Sandwiches and chips lunch as standard
(upgrades available).
Use of our equipment, including flipcharts and pens, 86 inch Television screen, projector screen (not projector) and extension leads. Free car parking and unlimited high-speed WIFI use.

- Choice of breakout time on the driving range or on our par 3 course, a 45-minute session with all equipment provided.

£55 per delegate for full day: Meeting room use for the full day.

- Use of our equipment including our 86inch Television Screen .
- Breakout sessions on both Par 3 and driving range at different times of the day. 2 x 45-minute sessions, all equipment provided.

Host rules

- Confirmation of Booking – once you have made a definite decision to hold your function at the Manor Golf Club and you are happy with all the costs and commitments, we require a non-refundable deposit of £100.

- In the event of cancellation by you for whatever reason and irrespective of timescale; deposits are non-refundable. Written & signed confirmation of cancellation must be supplied by you. In addition, a late cancellation charge of 25% of the total cost of the function will be charged to you for cancellations less than 1 month prior to the confirmed date.
