Host rules

Booking and Payment:
- All bookings must be confirmed with a signed contract and a deposit. Full payment is required by a specified date before the event.
- Events that exceed the agreed-upon time will incur additional charges.

Event Timings:
- The venue is available for use during the hours specified in your booking contract.
- Setup and cleanup times must be included within the booked time slot. Additional time required will be charged accordingly.

Use of the Venue:
- The maximum capacity for the venue must not be exceeded. Exceeding capacity may result in immediate termination of the event.
- All decorations must be approved by the venue management. The use of nails, staples, or adhesives that may damage the property is prohibited.
- Music and other noise must be kept at a level that complies with local noise ordinances. Amplified sound may be subject to specific restrictions.
- If alcohol is to be served, it must be done so in accordance with local licensing laws. A licensed bartender may be required.
