*Visitors get 30 minutes free then any additional parking will need to be paid for via paybyphone using the unique site code that is on the signage out front.
*There is also a carpark located next to the building. Please park in the bays marked in a blue 'P' sign and scan the barcode on the wall to pay. We will NOT be held responsible if you are issued a penalty for not paying.

- No alcohol in the building
- No smoking in the building
- Outside catering is allowed
- Any furniture or prop that is found broken, stained, or ripped during the time of your booking, you will be charged for repair or full replacement of the item
- If, on the day you’d like to extend your hours please let us know to see if there’s any availability after your time slot. If available, extra hours are charged at the normal cost
- If you go over your booked time without notifying us and it affects another client’s booking, you will be charged for the time used
- Please treat the space, furniture, props, and everything else with respect
