About this space

Future Leap venues are sustainably managed, carbon neutral and actively progressing to Net Zero.
Our event space is ideal to host a meeting, conference workshop, or event.

This is a private space which can be configured to suit your needs. We can provide tables and chairs or a clear space with two sofas by the window.

Our team offer a friendly welcome and will be available if you have any queries on the day.

The room is equipped with:
A large screen for presenting with HDMI lead or via wireless connection.

Tea and Coffee is included for up to 8 people
Breakout space just outside and additional co-working desks are available to book on an individual basis.

We recommend you bring your own HDMI adapter that's compatible with your device.

Tea and coffee for larger groups is charged at £1.50 p/p

Or you're welcome to bring your own catering on the day. Whiteladies Road offers many shops and cafes, just 5 mins walk away.

Friendly staff (thank you for the coffee/tea/refilling water bottles and generally being attentive and helpful) and really well located venue in a buzzing part of Bristol! Great recommendation for caterers.
The room was noisy and not very well ventilated. Given this is a function room and marketed for corporate teams, it's not ideal to hear so much noise from the cafe/ other working spaces when trying to listen to one person present. Perhaps something could be done about the gap under the door to help with sound-proofing. It was also quite stuffy in the room (there seemed to be a big air ventilation system above our heads, but which didn't seem to work). The room was a little small for the way the tables were set out (it wasn't easy to move around, especially when trying to get coffee). Finally, given this venue is advertised for corporate events, I think it is important to make it very clear on the room description that it is entirely surrounded by glass panes and that anyone standing outside the room has full view of anything that goes up on the screen. Many organisations (including ours) would have concerns about confidentiality in these circumstances.

Future Leap Clifton in the Old Chapel off Whiteladies Road boasts a beautiful period building, full of character. Here, you can enjoy sweeping archway windows and modern features.

A flexible workspace with bookable meeting and events rooms, and a range of co-working desk packages. We also host bookable Media Studios, for podcast & HD vodcast recordings, and a Film studio with lighting rig and green screen/infinity curve. Please contact us for booking details.

Travelling to Future Leap Clifton:

As a sustainable business we always welcome and encourage low carbon travel.

Buses: Whiteladies road is a short walk from us and is serviced by many buses including numbers 1, 2, 2A, 3 & Y1.
Train: Clifton train station is a 10 minute walk and trains running every 20 minutes.
Cycling: We have free secure bike parking on site.
Voi Electric Scooter: The nearest parking to us is on the corner of Pembroke and Hanbury Road, then a 2 minute walk to the site.
Parking: There is on street via RingGo app or Clifton Down Shopping Centre (7 minute walk).
