1. Respect for the Space
Treat the venue and its furnishings with care. Any damages will be the responsibility of the hirer.
Maintain the cleanliness of the space during and after use. Please dispose of waste appropriately.
2. Consideration for Others
Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during set-up and take-down.
Be respectful of any ongoing church activities or nearby residents.
3. Alcohol and Drug Policy
Alcohol may only be consumed on the premises if prior approval has been granted. Please adhere to local laws and regulations.
The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.
4. Safety and Emergency Procedures
Familiarise yourself with emergency exits and safety procedures upon arrival.
In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of venue staff and local emergency services
5. Event Conduct
All events must align with the values and mission of the church. Activities that may be deemed offensive or inappropriate are not permitted.
Guests are expected to behave in a manner that reflects respect for the venue and all individuals present.
6. Compliance with Laws
All activities must comply with the law, including regulations regarding noise, health, and safety.
The hirer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses for their event, and must request permission to do so from the venue manager.
7. Supervision of Minors
If minors are present, they must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
8. Photography and Recording
Prior permission must be obtained for any photography, video recording, or live streaming within the venue.
9. Breach of Conduct
Any violation of this Code of Conduct may result in the immediate termination of the event and forfeiture of any deposit
